Medina, Saudi Arabia. Located in West Saudi Arabia 110 miles inland from the Red Sea in a well-watered oasis. (The Prophet Muhammad fled there in 622 and used it as the base of converting and conquering Arabia.)
Addressing the "Root Cause of Terrorism" and steps to take by the United States to prepare for, avoid and stop future terrorist attacks in no way implies any belittlement of the Arab or non-Arab Muslims. I have many Arabic friends, especially from Saudi Arabia. They are some of the nicest people I have met. The underlying problem being addressed is "worldview" and "Muslim governments"--Saudi Arabia has pledged 20 billion toward the Islamization of the U.S. The United States government and federal agencies have to understand that they are fighting a "worldview" taught by the Qur'an and Hadith and Muslim governments that force this "worldview" on the populace. If they are correct in their "worldview", then they are justified in committing "Jihad". I believe they are wrong in their "worldview"--however, many Muslims see United States as an immoral cesspool, which calls itself Christian.
To our sham, the United States has become a "secular humanist" nation, which is also a false "worldview". Dr Gordon H. Clark (one of the most brilliant philosophers of the 20th century) stated in his book entitled A Christian View of Men and Things the following: "...Christian presuppositions justify civil governments of limited rights, whereas humanistic principles imply either anarchy or totalitarianism". I have to explain to many Muslims that most Americans have rejected Biblical Protestant Christianity as defined by the Reformation. Yes, this country was founded on the principles of John Calvin. I would agree with my friend in Saudi Arabia when he stated: "We could both be wrong". He is seeing a false Christianity!

It should be noted as the U.S., Canada and Western Europe are throwing the Bible and morality out of the schools, Russia and the Urkraine governments have mandated that Bibles be supplied to all their elementary and secondary school children. In February 2009 Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev noted publicly that Biblical moral education should be required in all Russian schools. President Medvedev should be complimented--he is on the right path to establishing a strong and prosperous Russia, especially if Calvinism is taught. Unfortunately, if the U.S. does not change its ways, it will keep on declining.

Also, in the 1st century there was no Roman Catholic Church, Baptist Church, Methodist Church, etc. The Church as defined per Bible meant disciples who accepted the Messiah as Lord and Savior—they believed He was the deliverer promised in the Old Testament and taught by many ancient Rabbis. [The translators of the Targums (Aramaic Bible) never doubted the Messianic interpretation of the Hebrew Bible; they inserted references to the person, sinlessness, death of the Messiah, etc. The Midrash Rabbah or the Midarshim (post-exilic Judaism commentaries on the Scriptures) makes over 200 references to the Messiah as being God and the Savior—see the book entitled The Trinity/Evidence and Issues by Dr. Robert A. Morey for a detailed analysis; many modern day Rabbis are either ignorant of these teachings or are deliberately hiding this information from there congregations.] They believed He (Messiah) would be the Savior of the World, which included all people whether they were Arab, Iranian, Indian, Russian, Chinese, African, Italian, Irish, German, English, Jew, etc. Yes, our sins have cut us off from God—we are born into sin because of Adam and Eve and there needed to be a blood sacrifice that would reconcile us to God and give us a clear conscious. “I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, And will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the Gentiles.”(Isaiah 42:6, NKJV.)

The Oklahoma City Bombing
Note: Avi Lipkin - a counter-terrorist consultant under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and an Israeli military officer—was in Oklahoma a week before the bombing (April 19, 1995) and told the FBI that there was going to be an attack. The FBI ignored him. Avi was still there after the bombing and wanted to go on radio to expose what happened, but the radio host feared for his life under the Clinton administration.
[There is strong evidence that current Attorney General Eric Holder managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995--this is according to official documents released during an ongoing investigation under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, who is suing the Department of Justice, suspects that this was an FBI sting operation that went out of control. When the FBI lost tract of the explosives, Holder allegedly sent e-mails to the FBI agents--after the bombing--ordering them to recover the Kinestik explosives (used as the detonator) before another branch of government finds out. According to allegations made by conspirator Nichols in a affidavit filed on 11/07 and the "302" affidavit by Michael Selby (an attorney for the government) that Roger Moore--an Arkansas gundealer and FBI informant who worked with Southern Poverty Law Center informant Andreas Strassmeir--furnished McVeigh with the Kinestik explosives. Both were handled by FBI agent Larry Potts. It turns out that another government agency did find a case of explosives with incriminating fingerprints of two FBI agents as well as McVeigh's and Nichol's fingerprints. Government informant, Kenneth Trentadue, was tortured to death in the Oklahoma City Transfer Center--according to prison mate Alden Baker in a deposition and also subsequently died days before he was scheduled to testify--because he looked like Richard Lee Guthrie, a bank robber who assisted McVeigh, Nichols and Moore. Guthrie was scheduled to tell federal officials about his role in the bombing and was also murdered in his prison cell the day before his testimony. The family has been pursuing legal action against the federal government--the Federal Bureau of Prisons paid a settlement of $1.1 million to several members of the Trentadue's family in order to avoid a full release of documents. Of course, Congress passes anti-terrorism legislation to take more of U.S. citizens rights away.]
